Payment:
Shipper and/or consignee agree that Moran Transportation Corp. has the right of recourse against one or both in the event invoices for freight charges remain unpaid.- Moran Transportation Corporation shall have a lien on any shipment in its possession for all money due and payable to Moran Transportation Corporation.
